Artwork Print Ready PDF. No Registration Marks or Cut Lines.

3mm Bleed all Round on Flyers, Books, NCR Invoice Books and all other paper printing

1.5mm Bleed on Cards

5mm Bleed on all Large Format print eg: Banners and PVC

Safe area, keep text 5mm away from designedge

All text converted to curves/paths

Flattern file and send in Print ready PDF

NO RGB FILES WILL BE ACCEPTED

Please convert all lenses and shadows to 300 cmyk bitmap.

All Black in 100K

Only photoshop / corel draw and pdf files will be accepted. All Microsoft Applications eg; Word, Excel, Publisher, Powerpoint etc and Other Programs used to Design will not be accepted. using these programs are not designed for printing and your printing will not come out to your expectation.

Please print a test copy of the PROOF we send to you to verify all colours and text are aligned to your needs and expectations. Please note all printing is done on Litho Print in CMYK unless otherwise mentioned. Take note that print colours may differ from your proof printed at your office with a digital printer to our finish product printed on Litho. Designs that are larger than the proof document are scaled to size to fit an A4 Page.

NOTE: Further production of any job will not proceed until the proof we send to you is acceptable to the customer. While the printer exercised all possible skills and care to ensure accuracy and correctness, it accepts no responsibility for errors, omissions, additions, or misspellings and will produce the final product based upon this proof. By signing the proof document the customer agrees that the job represented by the attached proof is acceptable to him/her and assumes all further responsibility for its accuracy and hereby orders all word to proceed.
